We will explore self-care, signs of stress, protective and self-care strategies, and how the global pandemic has affected, and continues to impact, our children, families, and workforce. In this webinar, SSFC mobilizes for community support with the understanding that physical distancing can be highly stressful for families and the workforce. We’re here to remind attendees that we can all still rely upon our relationships for emotional health and resiliency. Participants can earn one (1) hour of in-service credit and a certificate following the webinar.
