Child Care Resource Center has provided professional development for over 25 years. Our goal is to improve the quality of child care by offering high quality professional development opportunities for child care educators. Child Care Resource Center provides access to trainings throughout our region which includes Alleghany, Ashe, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin Counties.

The new Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) in Child Care Training provides early educators with information and tools to prepare for many types of emergencies. The EPR in Child Care Training addresses new NC Child Care Rules on emergency preparedness, current best practice recommendations, and guidance on completing the online EPR Plan. The EPR Plan template can be found on the North Carolina Emergency Management website. This is a 5 hour training; you must attend both sessions to receive CEU's. …
