Professional Development Training
Child Care Resource Center has provided professional development for over 25 years. Our goal is to improve the quality of child care by offering high quality professional development opportunities for child care educators. Child Care Resource Center provides access to trainings throughout our region which includes Alleghany, Ashe, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin Counties.

SSFC – G.R.A.C.E. Training (Graciously Reframing thinking Amongst Childcare Educators)

The G.R.A.C.E. training is designed to assist childcare educators in reframing their thinking by evaluating their biases, culture, and how it shows up in the classroom during interactions with children and their families. The goal of the training is for educators to leave more aware of and accountable for their contribution to children’s learning environment and behaviors. The training will be capped at 20 participants as it is an interactive training.
