A training designed for Directors and Administrators to assist and manage the growing problem of turnover in the child care profession. Based on the “Taking on Turnover”, a book written by Marcy Whitebook, we will look at four areas:
- Defining Turnover
- The Problem and Processes of Turnover
- Assessing and managing the effects of Turnover.
- Making an Action Plan to reduce the effects of turnover.
