The ability of early childhood program administrators to apply leadership experience, knowledge, and skill is key to the success of the child care program. Administrators need access to formal instructional opportunities that address their complex roles of directors and their many areas of responsibility. This module provides child care center administrators with the opportunity to learn more about options and processes for assessing their child care programs. .
