DESCRIPTION:Participants will use the North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development (NCFELD)\, the Infant-Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS)\, and the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) to learn how to incorporate math into activity planning. Math activities will be shared using children’s literature and handmade activities as a basis for teaching developmentally appropriate math concepts. If paying with cash please bring the exact amount to the SSDC office. Checks should be written to SSDC. If your money is received after a workshop is full or if a workshop is cancelled you will be informed by phone; the rescheduled date will be given to you or you may choose another workshop.
