DESCRIPTION:Customized orientation for your facility. Send the SW Elift team your facility documents for a customized portal just for your new hires! We’ll build it for you based on your needs. \nA one time set up fee is required. \n\nInitial set up fee for members $150\nInitial set up fee for non members $250\n\n  \nEllift team will upload your facility documents into our portal and create a space to train your new hires easily. \nWhen you update your documents\, send us the updated forms and we will upload the new versions. \nCreate interactive questions based on your facility documents and what is important to you for your new staff to focus on such as what is your supervision policy\, what dress code is required\, or how many absenses are allowed? Create as many as you like! \nCreate a quiz for new hires if you like! We’ll include that too! \nWe’ve worked with NC DCDEE Licensing Consultant to ensure compliance with Orientation policies. \nRequired documents to include: \nFacility Operational Policies and Procedures\nFacility Goals and Purpose\nSafe Sleep Policy\nTransportation Policy\nIdentification of Building and Safety issues\nEmergency Preparedness Plan\nEmergency Medical Care Plan\nAdministration of Medication Policy\nFirsthand Observation of Facility Operations (tour of the facility)\nEmployee’s Assigned Duties \nOptional Components \nStaff Handbook\nParent Handbook\nStorage of personal belongings\nMessage from Administrator or owner\nCustomized message from the facility\nCustomized interactive questions based on your documents (Elift team will help you\, if needed!)
