Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is a free, confidential service for families. We do not license, endorse, or recommend any one program over another. NC Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) partners with Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies to help thousands of families become better informed child care consumers.

*These referrals are not recommendations. We encourage families to do their research including: accessing child care licensing information, including substantiated complaints and access to any public files pertaining to licensed facilities. To access these files, please contact the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education.
