STOKES-What is Happening? How to document challenging behaviors to come up with a plan. (Lunch and Learn)

November 14, 2024 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
$2.50

Behaviors are always a form of communication in children. Documenting when, where, how long and what strategies you used can help you form a plan to help a child with these behaviors. In this training, teacher will be able to see how important documenting behaviors can be and how to use this documentation to modify a child’s environment, schedule or interactions to help support healthy social-emotional skills. Documentation can also help teachers communicate with families about what is going on in the classroom so strategies can be followed at home to build the school-home connection.
