WFRC – Leadership and Administration in Child Care MODULE 1

The ability of early childhood program administrators to apply leadership experience, knowledge, and skills is key to the success of the child care program. Administrators need access to formal instructional opportunities that address their complex roles of directors and their many areas of responsibility. This module provides child care center administer¬tors with the opportunity to learn about the importance of leadership in their work as an administrator, and the opportunity to explore their personal leadership skills.
