Ashe County Partnership for Children
We were founded in 1995 to administer the Smart Start grant in Ashe County. Since that time we have expanded to include a domestic violence and sexual assault prevention and awareness program. We created Family Central in 1999 at the former Ashe Central High School.
Smart Start of Davidson County
Smart Start of Davidson County, Inc. is the non-profit organization charged with implementing North Carolina’s Smart Start and NC Pre K school readiness programs for children birth through age five. This organization has a successful record of improving the quality of child care, parenting resources, access to health care, and other support systems for Davidson County children.

Founded in December 1994 as the Forsyth Early Education Partnership, Inc., Smart Start of Forsyth County, Inc. (SSFC) has been serving the birth-to-five population by supporting children, parents, educators, centers, and policy makers through collaborative programs, consumer education, and advocacy.
Stokes County Partnership for Children
The Stokes Partnership for Children is a non-profit organization led by local volunteers, designed to provide programs and services for families and children in Stokes County, North Carolina.

SCECP is a non-profit organization which promotes the healthy development of children 0 – 5 years of age. For the future health and vitality of Surry County, SCECP takes action, on behalf of the people of Surry County, to support children 0 – 5 years of age and their families through partnerships across the counties.

Wilkes Community Partnership for Children, also known as Wilkes Smart Start, was established in 1994 with the mission to help Wilkes County children enter kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed by serving children birth to age five.
