An event every day that begins at 9:30 am, repeating until December 5, 2019
Prelicensing workshops are required as a prerequisite for opening a child care center or child care center located in a residence. During this two-day workshop, participants will receive a comprehensive review of the North Carolina Child Care Requirements and obtain critical information helpful to potential child care center operators. Workshops will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at approximately 3:30 p.m. Five (5) hours of training credit will be given for each day of training. For religious sponsored programs, the pastor or his/her designee, such as a Board Member, Associate Pastor, or Youth Pastor, who serves in an official church business capacity must attend the workshops.
The workshop includes a three (3) month subscription to NCECE Shared Resources (www.ncecesharedresources.org) as well
as helpful resources and documents to assist you in the process of licensure.
Pre-registration is required and accepted online only. Attendance at the workshop is limited by the size of the facility. Please click on the registration link for workshop availability in the dates noted above.
The fee for each person attending is $135.00.
