New Online format! Early Education Conversations: Wellness and Resilience

Are you feeling overworked? Are you or your co-workers feeling stressed? Do you have questions about supporting the mental health needs of children enrolled in your program? Join Child Care Resource Center and Smart Start of Forsyth County staff to learn about strategies that you can use to take care of yourself and to support the children in your classroom. There will also be an opportunity to hear from a local child care program that has come up with ideas to boost the morale of their employees and get self-care tips from a licensed therapist.
