The road to quality begins with the first step. We will go over the ECERS with the intent of providing a general overview of the scales and how to use them as a tool to go along with all of the positive steps you are already making in the attempt to increase quality in your class and your center. We will cover how to read the scales and score them based on an understanding of the terms and how they apply to each indicator. We will give you suggestions of how to take your scores from good to great.
