This event will allow you to take a deep breath and learn more about relaxing yoga and restorative sound healing. This event is for ALL levels, beginners are encouraged to attend. Bring a yoga mat or towel and get excited to try something new, while supporting Smart Start of Davidson County Inc.
Register by April 10th to receive a t-shirt.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel and dress comfortably.
This event will be held outside at the Breeden Insurance Amphitheater.
