FORSYTH- SSFC 2024 Providers Conference

It is that time again! We are preparing for the 2024 Smart Start of Forsyth County Providers Conference!!
This year’s theme is Live, Love, Teach! As ECEs, directors, FCCH owners, and early childcare professionals, the passion and love for the children and the work they do continues to drive them to be best educators they can be, and we at Smart Start want to help nurture that passion through professional development.
We are expecting a big turnout for this conference, and we would love for you and your organization to join us in being a part of the vendors this upcoming year! The designated time for vendors will be from 12:30 to 2pm. Set up will be at 11:30am. If you have a bigger set up you are welcome to come earlier. Vendors are welcome to stay all day if they would like to give the attendees time in between breaks and session changes to pop in and out as their time allows them to, but it is not an ask. We will have continental breakfast and lunch for all who attend (vendors, staff, and volunteers included) with a small lunch fee.
As followed from last year we are asking that any donations your organization is able to provide be offered through in-kind. In order to track in-kind donations, we also ask for an invoice of all giveaways to be listed with their marketed selling price and the quantity given.
