Description: This interactive, hands-on workshop will look at the power of Intentional Care
and Understanding (ICU) with a focus on toxic stressors and the young child.
Circumstances influence stress. What role might consistent, nurturing, trusting
relationships play in supporting the young child exposed to loss, poverty, abuse/neglect,
incarceration of parent, homelessness, other? Come anticipating to be challenged in your
critical role.
