Smart Start of Yadkin County – Playground Safety

In this training participants will learn the three playground safety components within the NC Child Care Commission’s permanent playground rules: 1. Providing a safe environment for children, 2. How to complete the required monthly inspection reports, 3. How to report accidents and injuries that occur on the playground. This training has been recently updated and participants are now required to take and pass a 10-question quiz upon completion of the training.

*All trainings will run from approximately 6:30-8:30pm unless otherwise noted. A non-refundable $5 registration fee is required for all trainings, except for CPR/First Aid, which will be $30. In addition to the $5 registration fee, participants are to complete a Training Registration Form. Forms are available at our office or on our website www.yadkinchild.org, under the “Calendar” tab.
