This is a continuation of the Taking on Turnover training, where we will have an open discussion on leadership and how having a clearly defined vision for staff to follow has a positive affect on Turnover.  The discussion will center around the following objectives:

  1. Define vision and how does your vision align with organizational vision/mission.
  2. How to effectively communicate your vision.
  3. Making the vision clear to those you are leading.
  4. How to move from communicating the vision to action.
