Does hearing the term ITERS make you feel anxious? If so, this workshop is for you! Learning the scale for the big day is one thing, but maintaining that high level of quality for every other day is what it is really all about! Using pictures from different infant, toddler, and two year-old classrooms participants will break down the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale into manageable parts, discussing indicators in detail. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions and get ready to return to their programs more confident and informed. (DCDEE 1, 5, 8).
