Participants will gain the necessary knowledge and tools to ensure that their facility will meet all of the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education (NCDCDEE) requirements, as well as provide a safe and fun environment for children. This training has recently been updated. Participants are now required to pass a quiz before certification can be awarded.

*All trainings will run from 6:30pm – 8:30pm unless otherwise noted. A $5.00 registration fee is required for all trainings, with the exception of CPR/First Aid, which will be $30. Cash or checks are accepted methods of payment. Checks are to be made payable to Smart Start of Yadkin County.
